Delivery & Collections

L.A.gents’ offering is available to South African clients only.

L.A.gents’ customers have the option to collect their purchase or have it delivered to their preferred address.

Collections at any of our branches will have no delivery fee. Please click on contact us to view addresses.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail address provided by you, the customer upon ordering. An order number will be provided via e-mail which can be used to track the status of the delivery. A delivery charge will be applicable on orders below R1 000 unless otherwise stipulated – customers will be made aware of said delivery charge upon checkout of their order.

This means that when you place an order with us, you will be asked to provide your preferred delivery address. Thereafter, you will be advised on the cost of delivery and if delivery to your address is possible.

Once delivery has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number to check the status of your order.

All orders above R1 000 are eligible for free delivery throughout South Africa.

Your order will be delivered by Courier.

Delivery will take place within 10 working days. We will notify you should this time be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

L.Agents requests you to ensure that you or an authorised person is present at the delivery address during the delivery date and time provided and that easy, appropriate access is made available to the Courier.

Any person other than yourself who receives the goods at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.

Should there be no one present at the time of delivery, the goods will be returned to the Courier and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. You will be required to contact your preferred courier agency to make new arrangements for delivery or collection. L.A.gents reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required to make a further delivery if no one is present at the delivery address to receive the goods.

On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery. For verification purposes, The Courier is entitled to request the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address to produce a form of identification.

Should you require us to deliver your order to any person or address other than a registered delivery address, for instance, a neighbour, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or for any discrepancy in the order.

If your order is the incorrect size (i.e. you ordered a size that does not fit you), you can send it back to be replaced with the correct size subjected that the correct size is in stock. The correct size will be shipped out to you and you will be held responsible for the cost of the delivery service.
