Exchanges & Return Policy

At L.A.gents, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account with the purchase price of the product. The credit is to be used for a future purchase at the www.lagents.co.za subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from www.lagents.co.za only.

The provision of goods and services by IPS ENTERPRISE (PTY) Ltd t/a L.A.gents is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, IPS ENTERPRISE (PTY) Ltd t/a L.A.gents will refund the client in full within 15 working days.

You can log an exchange or return by sending us an e-mail on online@lagents.co.za or CONTACT US to log an exchange or return.

When arranging for returns, you will be required to enter the information requested, including the item/s being returned and the reason for its return. Only products purchased on our site may be returned in this manner. No items that have been worn, damaged, soiled or ripped will be accepted for replacement. All items are checked by L.A.gents staff for visible factory defects before shipment is made to you.

Please note: The Courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

For hygiene and public health purposes, certain products such as underwear and socks are not eligible for exchange or return. Electronic vouchers and credit are also not eligible for return.

You may return items for in-store credit provided:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
• It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
• There are no missing parts

You are requested to return items without any unwarranted delay. L.A.gents reserves the right to refuse returns 7 days after the delivery date.

In the event where there is no stock of the product you have ordered and paid for, L.A.gents will refund you in full within 3-7 working days.

A full refund is applicable if the order has not been despatched.

If an item is returned due to an error on our side, we will rectify the error at no extra cost to you (e.g. item is defective, incorrect size was delivered).

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

• Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
• Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
• Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
• Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product
• Where the specifications of a product – although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

If your items are the wrong size (i.e. you ordered a size that does not fit) you can send them back to be replaced. If the correct size is in stock and subject to you meeting the return criteria, we will ship the correct size out to you. You shall be responsible for the cost of this second delivery service. Shipping of the correct size will be done once payment for delivery has been received.

L.A.gents reserves the right to inspect the product to validate your return. Once L.A.gents has the goods in its possession and is satisfied with the condition of the goods then the items can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available. Should there be no suitable replacement then your account will be credited with the purchase price of the product. To avoid ordering the wrong sized items – please utilise our handy sizing charts.

If you are unsure about the correct shoe size for you, follow the steps below:

1. Place a sheet of paper on the ground and stand on it with your weight slightly forward to ensure your foot is flat.
2. Draw a line behind your heel and another line in front of your longest toe. It’s common to have one foot longer than the other! Use the longer foot to measure.
3. Measure the distance between the two lines in centimetres and find your measurement on the sizing chart to find your best fit. If your size falls in between two sizes, round up.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to re-imburse L.A.gents for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

L.A.gents reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting these updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. Thus, please do make time to frequently review the exchanges and returns policy. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. You will also receive a notification when changes have been made to any of our policies.
